ORDERING AND PAYMENT
When you complete your order on our website www.caqqui.com, an email will be sent with all your details.
You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, MB Way or ATM Reference, the order will be booked for 3 days. If payment is not made within this period, the items present in your order are no longer reserved automatically.
When you make the payment you must send the proof of the same to the email@example.com and indicate the order number.
A confirmation email will then be sent to the shipment of the order and its invoice.
Our orders are sent by CTT by Registered Mail.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated on the form, if it is not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, a postal notice will be left in your mailbox. Which you will have to present at the local CTT Station where your order will be left.
You will have 5 working days to pick it up, if you do not do so within that time the order will be returned.
If the order is returned the re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In most cases the order will be prepared and shipped between 1 and 2 business days after finalizing your order. But all our items are second-hand, so a large part are unique pieces. It is possible that for logistical reasons of change of size the delivery time can be extended. In these cases the customer will always be notified via e-mail.
The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days and the value of the postage is 3.5 €, free for orders over 70 €.
The delivery time is 3 to 10 working days and the value of the postage is 5 €, free for orders over 100 €.
The delivery time is 5 to 15 working days (does not include customs clearance time, if necessary) and the value of postage is 6 €, free for orders over 100 €.

All our items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after delivery of the order. Except for orders placed in December that can be exchanged until January 15 of the following year, returns remain 14 days.
To make an exchange or return you must send an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org where it indicates which part you want to exchange your item for, if applicable, or indicates that you want the full return of the amount (shipping costs will not be returned).
Attached it is mandatory to send the invoice of the purchase in question.
After the return is validated, the address to which you must send the item/s you want to exchange or return will be sent. In case of return will also be requested the IBAN for the refund, which will be processed no later than 5 days after the receipt of the item /s and the confirmation of its return.
We do not accept exchange or return of custom items, damaged items and gift cards.
The cost of postage is at the customer’s charge.
