Return Exchanges

All our items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after delivery of the order. Except for orders placed in December that can be exchanged until January 15 of the following year, returns remain 14 days.

To make an exchange or return you must send an email to the address info@caqqui.com where it indicates which part you want to exchange your item for, if applicable, or indicates that you want the full return of the amount (shipping costs will not be returned).

Attached it is mandatory to send the invoice of the purchase in question.

After the return is validated, the address to which you must send the item/s you want to exchange or return will be sent. In case of return will also be requested the IBAN for the refund, which will be processed no later than 5 days after the receipt of the item /s and the confirmation of its return.

We do not accept exchange or return of custom items, damaged items and gift cards.

The cost of postage is at the customer’s charge.
